Daniel is from Scranton, Pa. He graduated with a BA in English and a minor in psychology from Penn State University, where he received an award in 2016 for Outstanding Performance in English. Before starting at Lehigh, he was a reporter for The Scranton Times-Tribune. Currently, he is an MA student interested in critical theory, Lehigh's focus on social justice, and studying contemporary scholarship. He likes Lacan, Derrida, Hegel, music, film noir, and admits to being a sucker for (quality) fantasy/high-fantasy. He's also simply excited about getting to read great books.
